✅ What to do
- If you have never logged into the website, send an email to email.update@crpcms.com.
- Include a picture of your membership badge with your message.
- We will use that information to confirm or update the email address on your profile.
- Once your email address is confirmed, you’ll be able to use the system normally and receive automated renewal reminder emails.
- We will send a reply confirming that your email address is correct in the new system.
ℹ️ Good to know
- The system sends membership renewal reminder emails 30 days before expiration, 15 days before expiration, and again on the day your membership expires.
- If your email address in the system is wrong, those reminders may never reach you.
- Sending a badge photo helps us make sure we are updating the correct member record.
- This is especially important for members who joined before the new system and have never logged in.
