HomeAuto Benchrest Association

The Auto Bench Rest Association (ABRA) is the leading organization for competitive semi-automatic .22LR benchrest shooting. Founded to give semi-auto platforms a structured and respected place in precision shooting, ABRA has grown into a national league with sanctioned ranges.

What Is ABRA?

ABRA is a sanctioned benchrest league focused on semi-automatic .22LR rifles. Shooters compete by firing at precision targets from a benchrest setup, aiming for maximum accuracy and consistency.

      •     Distance: 50 yards

      •     Target: 20 scoring bulls + sighters

      •     Time Limit: 15 minutes per card

      •     Scoring: Best-edge scoring, max 200 points per card
